Fullarton Plant and Craft Market (‘FPCM’) runs from 9am to 1pm on the 4th Saturday of every month at Fullarton Park, corner of Fullarton Road and Fisher Street, Fullarton 2. The sites are 3.5m and can be puchased individually or in multiples at $25.00 per site, which includes GST and insurance (On supply of a valid letter of currency, deduct $2.00 per site) 3. The site fee must paid on the day at the booking table between 8.30am and 9.30am 4. There are minimal restrictions on stallholders and their products. Common sense applies: i. Goods must be legal and not breach any safety rules. ii. Does not damage the venue. (Irrigation, trees, gardens etc.) iii. Stallholders must leave the site clean and tidy (even if the litter not yours.) iv. Those selling raffles tickets or prospecting must operate from within their stall. 5. ‘Permanent stallholder status’ will be assigned after 3 months continuous attendance. 6. We will always try to satisfy specific requests but no guarrantees. Eg. “Shade” or “facing north or south” etc. Permanent stallholders get priority. 7. A reduced site fee will be given for annual up front payments plus other benefits. 8. Power is limited and will be available based on priority. 9. ‘FPCM’ is an open air market and no covered sites are available at this stage. Trestles and market umbrellas can be hired, but must be ordered prior to market day. Cost are; 2.4m trestles @ $7.00 each 2m x 2m market umbrellas with stand @ $7.00 each 10. Set up times for permanents is “as early as you like,” casuals from 8am. 11. To reduce on site congestion, unload your vehicle and park your vehicle off the street leaving the street clear for customers then return to set up your display. 12. All stallholders must be at the market or notified me that you are on your way by 8am to retain your site. The organisers reserve the right to change the layout, design and prices from time to time.
