Common sense applies: i. Goods must be legal and not breach any safety rules. ii. Does not damage the venue. (Irrigation, trees, gardens etc.) No tent pegs or stakes. iii. Stallholders must leave the site clean and tidy (even if the litter not yours.) iv. Raffles ticket sellers or prospecters must operate from within their site. ‘Permanent stallholder status’ will be assigned after 3 months of continuous attendance. We will always try to satisfy specific requests but no guarrantees. Eg. “Shade” or “facing north or south” etc. Permanent stallholders get priority. A reduced site fee will be given for annual up front payments plus other benefits. (See “Definitions”) Power is limited and will be available based on priority. ‘FPCM’ is an open air market and no covered sites are available. A limited number of 2.4m trestles and 2m x 2m market umbrellas are available for hire, but must be ordered prior to market day at a cost of $7.00 each. Set up times for permanent exhibitors is “as early as you like,” casuals from 7.45am to 8.30am. To reduce on-site congestion, please unload your vehicle and park it in the side street (not behind the building) then return to set up your display. Stallholders must be at the market or have notified us that you are on your way by 8am or the vacant site will be filled by another stallholder The organisers reserve the right to change the layout, design and prices from time to time.
